Joining the Forge waitlist is free and does not create any obligation on our part to provide you with access to Forge, to do so by any particular date, or in any particular order. We may modify, reorder, pause, or discontinue the waitlist, or change Forge’s planned features, markets, pricing, or timeline, at any time and without notice or liability. We may also remove any entry from the waitlist at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for any enquiry, feedback, waitlist submission, or other communication you send through the Site or by email, and for ensuring you have the right to share its contents. Do not send confidential or proprietary information before a written confidentiality agreement is in place; absent one, we cannot treat unsolicited submissions as confidential. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or UK, nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence or of any right to bring proceedings locally where those rights cannot lawfully be waived.
